-
You may request to have your data exported or deleted at any time.

3. Group Support Sessions
Group sessions are small, live support spaces limited to 6 participants max. These are talk-based, peer-led spaces designed for emotional support, reflection, and shared growth.
Important Boundaries:
-
These are not therapy groups.
-
You are responsible for your own emotional wellbeing and for stepping away if the content becomes too heavy.
-
Sessions will not be recorded.
-
There will be no replays available to protect participants' privacy.
Group Safety Rules
To protect everyone attending, the following is expected of all participants:
Privacy
-
Do not share or request personal contact details (e.g. email, phone number, home address, social media).
-
Do not record, screenshot, or photograph any part of the session.
-
Do not share anything discussed in the group outside of it, unless you have explicit written consent from the person involved.
Behaviour
-
Everyone must treat each other with respect. No advice-giving, correcting, or interrupting unless invited.
-
If you are unable to attend or need to leave early, please let me know beforehand.
-
Anyone engaging in disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour may be removed without refund.
Safeguarding
If a participant discloses harm to self or others, I reserve the right to contact emergency services or safeguarding authorities, in line with UK law. This is the only circumstance under which confidentiality may be broken.
4. Refunds & Payments
-
Sessions are non-refundable once delivered.
-
No partial refunds will be given for missed group sessions.
-
Group spots cannot be transferred to other people without written agreement.
5. Free Monthly Events
Occasionally, I may offer free community-based events such as webinars, Q&As, or support sessions. While these are lower-stakes environments, all of the same group safety rules still apply.
No contact-sharing, screenshots, recording, or inappropriate behaviour will be tolerated.
6.Contact & Complaints
If you ever feel unsafe, uncomfortable, or triggered during or after a session — or have concerns about anything that occurred — please email me directly at [insert your contact email].
I take all concerns seriously and will handle your message with respect and discretion.
7. Final
These sessions are rooted in compassion, lived experience, and emotional honesty. I will always do my best to hold a supportive and inclusive space — but the sessions are not a replacement for professional therapy or crisis care.
Your story is safe here, but your safety is your right and your responsibility. I’m honoured to walk alongside you.
